AI Automation Software Engineer

We are looking for an AI Automation Software Engineer who can build practical AI-powered systems for digital marketing and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys using LLM models, automation, APIs, cloud tools, and agentic coding tools to turn business problems into working software solutions.

You will work closely with our marketing, operations, and product UI/UX team to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI automation workflows that help businesses reduce manual work, improve lead handling, automate reporting, and grow faster digitally.

What You Will Do

• Build AI-powered automation workflows for digital marketing, lead management, reporting, CRM, WhatsApp, website, and internal operations.
• Integrate LLM models such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms into real business workflows.
• Develop and integrate APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and backend services to connect different systems and tools.
• Work with modern tools such as Cloudflare, Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, GitHub, and related cloud platforms.
• Use agentic coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools to speed up development, debugging, and implementation.
• Translate business needs into clear technical solutions that are practical, scalable, and useful for real operations.
• Work with non-technical teams to understand workflow gaps, process bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and UI/UX teams to turn ideas, wireframes, and user flows into production-ready code.
• Maintain clean documentation for workflows, integrations, API logic, and technical decisions.
• Debug, improve, and optimize AI automation systems for reliability, performance, and business impact.

What We Are Looking For

• Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong practical understanding of Python or JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with API integration, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and backend logic.
• Familiar with Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Cloudflare, or similar modern web/cloud stack.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and standard engineering workflow.
• Interest or experience in integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Able to understand business operations, not just write code.
• Able to communicate clearly with marketing, operations, product, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to build solutions that support business growth.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing workflows such as lead capture, WhatsApp automation, CRM, landing pages, campaign reporting, or ad performance dashboards.
• Experience deploying production-ready applications using Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, Supabase Edge Functions, or similar tools.
